I have decided to start a blog purely for the cupcakes and cakes that I have and will be creating. As I will be leaving for Wilton,US tomorrow to embark on my Master Course in Cake Decoration, I hope to blog about my experience there.
Hi Mong Just wanna congratulate you on taking up the course. If you remember, I used to visit your M&M's LJ but after a while I lost touch. Guess it's a natural transition especially at each stage of our children's growing up. Just curious that after the course will you be back in HK or Singapore? I realised that you visited my cooking blog sometime ago cos' I saw "Mong" ...a name which I remembered. :-) Will be looking forward to your write ups here.
